    The “Airzoo”, in Kalamazoo, Mi. needs to know this. Their history of the Sable, is incomplete. As a resident of Traverse City, MI. at that time, I know it was in Grand Traverse bay in 1943.

    I have done a considerable amount of research on the TDN-1 and the operations at NAS-Traverse City. I am being interviewed later this week by a local tv station and I believe the segment will be aired on TV 9 & 10′s “Jack’s Journal” on or about the 7th of November.

    I am a life long resident of Traverse City and this is an important part of our past that is almost forgotten and I’d like to keep it alive.
